Councillor for Blue Mountains - Ward 1

A Blue Mountains local for 25 years and Greens City Councillor since 2016, I am dedicated to climate action and community resilience. My background spans secondary education, outdoor recreation, and environmental campaigning. As a long-term volunteer with the SES and an Advanced Firefighter with the RFS, I have firsthand experience in emergency management. On Council, I led the way in declaring a Climate Emergency and adopting the 'Rights of Nature' framework. OPEN LETTER TO SUSAN TEMPLEMAN

about the greens

The Greens are a political party based on four key principles: ecological sustainability, grassroots democracy, social justice and peace, and non-violence.

Our movement is focused on delivering the plans we need to ensure that everyone has a good life. We're committed to ensuring that all people are treated equally, that our environment is protected, and that big donors can no longer buy the influence of politicians and governments.

In a wealthy country like ours, everyone should be able to afford the basics. But instead of working for our community, Labor and the Liberals both take millions in donations from the big corporations ripping you off.

The Greens are taking on the price-gouging corporations, making them pay their fair share of tax to fund the things that we all need.

If you want change, you have to vote for it.

Ecological sustainability, Grassroots participatory democracy, Social justice, Peace and non-violence.
